What is Health News Daily and how is it delivered?
Health News Daily is a concise daily email digest covering the most important developments in South African healthcare. It is delivered every weekday morning directly to the email inboxes of your designated recipients. The digest includes headlines, brief summaries, and links to the full source articles.
Who receives the Health News Daily email?
For individual subscriptions, the daily digest goes to the single registered email address. For corporate subscriptions, you nominate up to 10 recipients within your organisation at sign-up. The account administrator can update the recipient list at any time in the My Account tab.
What does the Article Archive include?
The archive includes years of published healthcare articles from the Health Matters News Service, spanning pharmaceutical news, medical scheme developments, hospital sector updates, NHI and government health policy, and much more. All articles are searchable by keyword, topic, and date.
Is archive access included in all subscriptions?
Yes. All subscription tiers include access to the full article archive.
What types of documents does the Document Advisory Service cover?
The Document Advisory Service alerts subscribers to newly published government gazettes, regulatory discussion papers, industry reports, and other documents of significance to the healthcare sector.
Can I upgrade or change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade from an individual to a corporate plan, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Simply contact us and we will assist you with the change. Annual plans offer a saving versus monthly billing.
Is a free trial available?
Yes - all paid subscriptions come with a FREE 7-day trial. Those paying by credit/debit card will have to provide card details. The card will not be charged for 7 days. If you cancel during the 7 day period, your card will not be charged. Those paying by EFT will receive a payment reminder after 7 days.
